Please note: We currently do not offer a repair service for our garments. If you discover damage after using a garment, we recommend contacting a professional tailor for assistance with the repair.
If you suspect a manufacturing defect
If the damage appears to have occurred abnormally for example, if the garment broke without any external impact or if there is a manufacturing fault. Please contact our customer service. We will help assess the situation and may be able to offer a solution, such as a claim under applicable consumer rights.
