To exchange a product, you should register it digitally using the instructions contained in your order confirmation, or click HERE and enter your order number and the e-mail address that you used when placing your order.
Please note that you can only exchange it for a different size or colour. If you want to exchange it for a completely different product, we would ask that you return the garment and place a new order. If the size or colour is not available, it is unfortunately out of stock.
By registering your return digitally, we will be able to process your exchange quicker and it gives you greater control over the return process. Please follow these steps:
1. Register your exchange digitally and follow the instructions provided.
2. Place the goods you want to return into the shipping package and affix the accompanying returns label.
When returning from the UK you will need a commercial invoice. Please contact our customer service team so we can help you with this.
3. Drop your package off at one of DHL’s Express collection points or UPS drop-off points. You can also arrange a pickup for your package directly at DHL’s webpage. Remember to save the receipt/package number you are given until we have processed your return.
4. You’re now done! We will process your exchange as soon as we receive your return. You will receive a message from us once we have processed your exchange.
You always have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive your goods. All products should be returned in the same condition, with accompanying delivery notes and packaging, as when you received your delivery.
