Payments for orders from our online store are processed by our partner Klarna Checkout. As a customer, once you have registered an order, you will be asked to provide information such as e-mail address, postcode and personal ID number. Klarna Checkout will subsequently offer you the option of payment by invoice, credit/debit card or in instalments.
PAYMENT BY INVOICE
When you choose payment by invoice, a credit check will be run against your personal ID number, and a check of your personal ID number against your registered address. If you would like delivery to an address other than your registered address, please choose a different payment method. There is no additional invoicing fee. Our payment terms are 14 days and in the event of late payment, a reminder fee is payable and interest on late payment. The card payment process checks that your account can cover the payment, but no money is taken until delivery is made. Our online store accepts payment using VISA, Mastercard and American Express. When you choose to pay by card, clear instructions are given and all you need to hand is your card details.
PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS
Klarna Checkout offers payment in instalments. Full terms and conditions can be found here. You can spend from SEK 1,000 to 50,000, and you can pay off the entire outstanding amount at any time during the payment period. At checkout, you can request to pay for your purchase in instalments and you will immediately be notified if this has been granted.
I’ve lost my invoice – can you send me a new one?
You can download your invoice from Klarna’s website. You can also obtain your invoice by contacting Klarna direct via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
