To return a product, simply register your return online. You can follow the instructions in your order confirmation, or click HERE and enter your order number along with the email address you used when placing the order.
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your items. Returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging and delivery note.
1. Register your return online.
2. Pack the items you want to return in the original shipping package and attach the return label included in your delivery.
3. Drop your package off at the return point for the courier who delivered your parcel. Remember to keep your receipt/package number until we have processed your return. DHL: DHL’s Express collection points, or arrange a pickup at DHL’s webpage UPS: UPS drop-off points.
4. All done! We’ll process your return as soon as it arrives, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when it's complete.
