Exchange for a Different Size or Colour

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please follow these steps:

1. Return the item you do not want, follow the return instructions.

2. Order the new item – go to our website and place a new order.

Important to know:

• We do not automatically send out a new item. You need to place a new order yourself for the size or colour you want.

• If you want the new item before the refund has been processed, you can choose to pay for the new order directly. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the money for the returned item.

• If you prefer to wait for the refund before reordering, you are welcome to do so.
